XM系列扩张式二级电子脉冲除尘器是为满足高速公路联合碎石筛分设备配套的大流量、高浓度(含尘量≥300g/m3)，无规则排放粉尘的工况特点而开发的二级洗尘净化设备，净化后的气体排放可达到GB1627-1996对二三类地区颗粒物矿粉的排放标准，≤150mg/m3，它具有清灰能耗低，净化效率高、结构紧凑、运行可靠、自动化程度高、操作维修方便等优点，并有分选和净化二大功能，对成品石料中的0.075mm粉尘含量可进行风量调节控制，提高成品石料的品位。用户可根据破碎机产量、处理排尘点的多少来选型，并设计配套超大容量的吸尘净化成套特殊要求。

The XM series expansion-type, two-stage electronic pulse dust collector is a purification system developed specifically for the demanding operating conditions associated with highway combined crushing and screening equipment—characterized by high airflow rates, high dust concentrations (≥300 g/m³), and irregular dust emissions. The purified exhaust meets the GB1627-1996 emission standards for particulate matter (mineral dust) in Class II and III regions (≤150 mg/m³).
