螺旋式砂石洗选机系列

该产品适用于建筑工地、砂石厂、水电站混凝土大坝工地、邮电电杆厂所需砂石及铸造用“七O”砂、玻璃厂石英砂及油井回填用压力砂的洗选、分级和脱水。砂石洗选机按15°倾斜布置，水槽下部由三边堰板包围形成沉淀池，螺旋头部没入沉淀池内，螺旋由电动机经减速器驱动连续旋转，由沉淀池底部多孔板给入清洗水。该设备兼有清洗、脱水、分级三种功能。
This product is suitable for the washing, classification, and dewatering of sand and gravel required at construction sites, aggregate plants, and hydroelectric dam construction sites, as well as for "70-grade" foundry sand, quartz sand for glass manufacturing, and pressure sand for oil well backfilling. The sand and gravel washer is installed at a 15° incline; the lower section of the water tank is enclosed by weir plates on three sides to form a sedimentation basin, into which the head of the spiral extends. The spiral is driven by an electric motor through a speed reducer to rotate continuously, while wash water is fed in through a perforated plate at the bottom of the sedimentation basin. The equipment integrates the functions of washing, dewatering, and classification.
